We recently watched a programme which featured regular homemade chicken nuggets so we decided to adapt the recipe to make them gluten free. These were a hit with my three!
You need:
Diced chicken breast
Beaten eggs
Crushed gluten free cornflakes
Dice the chicken breast , dunk in the egg then dunk in the cornflakes. Pop in the oven 180 c for 20 minutes. Easy peasy and delicious!
